2014 will mark the 1st European Taijiquan and Internal Wushu Styles Championships

The 1st European Taijiquan and Internal Wushu Styles Championships is scheduled to run from 4th to 6th May 2014 in Bucharest, Romania.
This is the first time the EwuF is organising an Open European Championship dedicated exclusively to Taiji and internal arts only.
In their efforts to encourage athletes at all levels and standards to have a greater opportunity to take part in a great continental championship the EWuF has expanded this event to be an Open Championship. This will allow European club level participants and non-European federations and non-European clubs to enter.
The event will be managed by international grade judges and Chinese masters to oversee the implementation.
The 15th European Wushu Championships will be held the following week from 8th-12th May 2014 and will take place in the same stadium. The Championship will include both Sanda and Taolu events.
